What makes the Zassenhaus ‚Easy Cut‘ kitchen Knives so special? Each knife is made from high grade carbon steel and has a tough non-stick colour coating. The non-stick coating lets you cut neater slices with less effort and so the knives are especially suited to cutting meat and fish. This set in red consists of five knives and an acrylic block stand. The knives are; a 9cm/3.5in peeling knife, a 12cm/4.7in utility knife, a 20cm/8in carving knife, a 20cm/8in bread knive and a 20cm/8in chef’s knife. The knife block is 32cm/12.6in wide, 35cm/13.8in high and 8cm/3.1in deep. The knives need to be hand washed.
